UPAVP Mandola Vihar Yojna at Sector-7 Ghaziabad: Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) has come up with another new flat scheme in Mandola Vihar Yojna in Ghaziabad after inviting applications for Gulmohar Enclave. UPAVP is offering a total of 1856 super deluxe multi-storey flats this time under the Mandola Vihar Yojna housing scheme in Ghaziabad.
Gulmohar Enclave scheme is still running and the last date of registrations is 21 September 2015 and now the authority has come up again with a new scheme at Sector-7.
UPAVP invites applications for the allotment of 1856 flats in Sector-7 Ghaziabad at Delhi Saharanpur Road. However the quantity of flats in this scheme is about half of its last scheme.
Under the new flat scheme, housing units are available in super deluxe multi-storey building. The building comprises of three type of flats, 2BHK, 2BHK+study and 3BHK. Of total, highest number of units 952 are 2BHK type followed by 2BHK+study and 3BHK. 2BHK flats are available in stilt+16 floors building while 3BHK are available in stilt+14 floors building. The estimated cost of flats starts from Rs. 32.95 lakh for 2BHK which goes upto Rs. 43.00 lakh for 3BHK flat.

How to Apply for Mandola Vihar Yojna?
Registration for the new scheme will start from 15 September 2015 and application forms cum brochure can be purchased from the respective bank branches of Punjab National Bank and Indian Overseas Bank. The list of bank branches is mentioned below. The cost of application form cum brochure is Rs. 500/- and duly filled application forms to be submitted in the respective bank branches.
Apart from this, applicants can also apply online through the State Bank of India, Jawahar Nagar, Lucknow bank branch.
The authority is charging 2% of the cost of the flat as registration fee which is to be paid along with the application form submission.
