Jaipur Development Authority received 81 online applications on first day for the 11 new housing schemes launched on 11 July, according to the news release published on JDA’s official website.
Jaipur JDA launched 11 new housing schemes on 11 July offering 6600 residential plots at 11 different locations in different zones. 2 out of the 11 schemes have been specially reserved for registered Murtikar only.
Below are the locations of 11 new housing schemes of JDA.
- Aditya Vihar: Achrawala, Zone 11
- Hari Enclave: Hargun Ki Nangal, Zone 11
- Deendayal Nagar: Bhambhori, Zone 12
- Sankalp Nagar: Sanjharia, Zone 12
- Shaurya Nagar: Himmatpura, Zone 12
- Rajaram Pura Awasiya Yojna: Rajaram Pura, Zone 13
- Bilwa Awasiya Yojna: Bilwa, Zone 14
- Vipra Vihar: Rojda, Zone 14
- Surya Nagar Block-A: Surajpura-Titoli, Zone 14
Special Schemes for Registered Murtikar Only
- Murtikala Vihar: Rojda, Zone 12
- Surya Nagar Block-B: Surajpura-Titoli, Zone 14
