YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) has launched a new mixed use plot scheme and the applications are invited from 3rd November 2014. The scheme is a good opportunity for those looking for residential plot or open a store at Yamuna Expressway. Applications are invited for allotment of mixed use plots to establish any of the following as core activity:
- Integrated Industrial Township
- Recreational Amusement Park, Theme Park and Recreational Club, Sport City
- Educational Institute, Vocational Institute, Degree/PG & Professional College and Medical College
Use wise percentage of development will be as follows:
(A) Core Activity Percentage
Integrated Industrial Township/Educational Institute/Recreational Minimum 75% of plot area
(B) Support Activity
Facilities/ Utilities Minimum 5% of plot area
Commercial Maximum 8% of plot area
Residential Maximum 12% of plot area
Minimum plot size shall not be less than 1,00,000 sq.mt.

The applicants can obtain the application forms from the following Bank branches listed below for allotment of plots on the cash payment of Rs 5500/-.
State Bank of India: Lagerstroemia Shopping Complex, Institutional Area Greater Noida and H-4, Sector-11, Noida.
Bank of Baroda: Commercial Complex, Block P-2, Sector Omega-1, Greater Noida.
HDFC Bank: G-28/29, Sector-18, Noida and Alpha Commercial Belt, Greater Noida.
ICICI Bank: Commercial Complex, Block P-2, Sector Omega-1, Greater Noida.
Oriental Bank of Commerce: Gamma Shopping Complex, Jagat Farm, Greater Noida.
