How to apply:
Brochure and application form can be obtained from the mentioned bank branches on payment of Rs. 1100/-
- The applicant must attach a Demand Draft/Pay Order towards the Registration Fee in favour of “Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’* payable at Greater Noida/Noida/Delhi, along with related documents.
- The Application can also be downloaded from YEIDA website www.yamunaexpresswayauthorlty.com However, in such a condition, a Demand Draft of Rs. 1100/- in favour of “Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority” payable at Greater Noida/Noida/Delhi, along with the application will have to be attached.
- All the terms and conditions of the allotment can be viewed at the website of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com.
- Brochure will be available in the below mentioned bank branches from 20 June 2014.

Scheme open on 12.10.2014 Multistorey Flats in Sector 22 D of Yamuna Expressway Area Important dates for BHS-2014.. Draw of lots was expected in the month of December 2014.
But One thing my Dear this is not affordable house. the cost is too much comparison to location.
it is not a wiser investment.

If draw has not been held in the month of October 2014 as promised in the brochure, will there be any payment of interest for the delay period.

The scheme of allotment of Multi -Storey flats was opened on 12.06.2014 in Sector 22 D of Yamuna Expressway Area , under the name of scheme BHS-03/2014. Draw of flats was expected in the month of October, 2014. But it is not held so far, we did not hear any news from authority , even site for knowing the status of our application has not been made. Please inform date of draw and site to know the status of application.
