UP State Industrial Development Corporation has extended the last date of its Trans Ganga Residential plot scheme 2015. UPSIDC has extended the last date by 15 days from 21 September to 6 October 2015.
UPSIDC is offering a total of 711 residential plots in the Trans Ganga City project at the rate of 18000/- per square meters. The size of the plots being offered ranges between 120 Square meters to 300 square meters.
UPSIDC launched the Trans Ganga residential plot scheme on 15 August 2015 and applications were invited from 20 August 2015. The authority is charging 10% of the cost of the plot as the earnest money and processing fee of Rs. 2000/- from all applicants.
Spread through 1156 acres, Trans Ganga City project is being built in Unnao in Kanpur based on the smart city project. The applications for the scheme are being invited through designate bank branches.
