UPAVP New Housing Scheme Kanpur Sector E 2015

UPAVP or Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad along with the Avadh Vihar Yojna also launched a new housing scheme in Kanpur under the Ambedkarpuram Yojna No. 3. UPAVP is offering a total of 44 multi-storey flats in Bramhawart Apartments in Sector E.

All the flats are being offered to the MIG (Middle Income Group) of the society and all are 2BHK with super area of 285 Square Foot. The flats contains one drawing/dining room, 2 bedroom, kitchen, 1 balcony and 2 toilets. The estimated cost of flats in this new UPAVP housing scheme in Kanpur ranges between 33.25 lakh to 42.50 lakh based on the floor.

The registrations of the scheme are open from 20 December 2014. The last date of registration would be 19 January 2015. The draw of the scheme will be held within 3 months after the closure of the scheme.

How to apply?
The application forms for the new housing scheme in Kanpur are being invited through offline modes. The interested applicants can obtain and submit the application forms from the following bank branches.

• Bank of Baroda: Kalyanpur, Panki Road, Keshavpuram, Yojna Number 1, Kanpur
• Indian Overseas Bank: 117/H-1102, Paliwal Bhawan (Near JK Temple) Sarvodya Nagar, Kanpur

The application forms and the brochures can also be purchased from the office of UPAVP on 104 Mahatma Gandhi Marg in Lucknow at the cost of Rs. 500/-. The forms will be submitted only to the above bank branches.

The registration cost of all the flats is Rs. 4.25 lakh which is to be paid along with the application forms.
