Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) or UP Housing and Development Board has gifted 3 new housing schemes to the residents of the state on Independence Day of India, 15th August. UPAVP is inviting applications for three new housing schemes from 19th August 2014.

UPAVP is offering a total of 643 flats in the Hindon, Yamuna and Ganga apartments in Ghaziabad sector 7 between the pricing range starting at Rs. 32.48 Lakh to Rs. 1.21 Crore. The application forms and brochures are available at the designate bank branches at a cost of Rs. 1000/-.
Aravali enclave in Vrindavan Scheme 3 is offering a total of 447 2BHK and 3BHk flats within a price range of Rupess 43.32 Lakh to 65.66 Lakh. The flats in the scheme are equipped with all the latest and modern residential facilities.
Mandakini, Bhagirathi & Alaknanda Enclave in Awadh Vihar Scheme are offering 2 and 3BHK flats within a price range of Rupees 42 Lakh to 53.80 Lakh. The total number of offered flats are 345 in all three enclaves.
Online applications for the Vrindavan & Avadh Vihar scheme are invited at State Bank of India, Jawahar Bhawan branch, Lucknow while for the Ghaziabad scheme, the registration can be done online at some branches of SBI, PNB, BOI and Oriental bank of commerce.
