Urban Improvement Trust of Alwar has announced a good news for the applicants of Aravali Vihar Phase-I & II. The scheme was launched in 2015 for the allotment of housing units under Affordable Housing Policy 2009.
The good news for the applicants of the scheme is that the UIT Alwar has made the announcement to issue the allotment letters. The applicants of the scheme were waiting for the allotment letter from the long time. The wait will be over on 10 May.
According to the announcement, the UIT will start issuing the allotment letters on10 May for both Aravali Vihar Phase I and II.
Under the scheme, EWS flats were offered by the authority for which, UIT had drawn a lottery on 06 May 2015.
UIT has published the list of allotment letter which would be allotted the applicants on 10 May 2016. According to the information, around 179 allotment letters of Aravali Vihar Phase-I and 5 allotment letters of Aravali Vihar Phase-II Scheme would be issued to the successful applicants of the scheme on dated 10 May 2016 in the auction hall UIT campus.
