SDMC 311 App is a new achievement of Municipal Corporation of Delhi. MCD 311 new mobile app is developed with the contribution of MCD and South Delhi Municipal Corporation. The Lt Governor of Delhi, Anil Baijal launched SDMC 311 mobile app with the purpose to enhance the engagement of citizens in resolution of grievance and improved civic services in the City.
MCD new mobile app is available for download in both android and iOS versions. Android versions of SDMC 311 app can be downloaded from Google Play Store and from the Apple Store, you can download iOS version. The app is engaged with the features like Emergency Helpline, Whats Near You including locations of public toilets near you, police stations, metro stations, petrol pumps, parking, hospitals, bus stands, veterinary clinics, gym, monuments, and other places. It will also allow you to get in touch with emergency department like police control room, women helpline, fire, ambulance and disaster management etc.

Citizens of South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) area can download the new 311 mobile application of MCD followed by the steps below. The SDMC 311 app version is 1.0.0.
- Unlock your mobile and open Google Play Store.
- Now Type SDMC 311 in the Search Bar of Play Store.
- Click on SDMC 311 (Civic Solutions Pvt. Ltd.)
- Click on Install button to download and install the app on your mobile.
- Now Slide the image and read all the features offered in the application.
- Hit the Login Now button and fill the registration form by entering your Name and Mobile number.
- After registration you would be able to use the complete app for your convenience.
The SDMC app 311 for South Delhi municipal Corporation will also allow you submit complaint against any department and office of SDMC. Complaints will be lodged with details along with geo-tagged photos. Once a complaint is submitted by citizens in via the 311 App, it will be resolved by the designated officers of that locality identified by the geo-tagged photo. And you will be able to check complaint status.
The new app of MCD is integrated with the Swachhta App of the Ministry of Urban Affairs and the complaints posted via 311 App will be pushed to Swachhta App also.
