The draw result of Manpur Housing Scheme 2014 has been postponed by Rajasthan Housing Board. The draw result for Manpur Housing Scheme Abu Board was to be held on yesterday 15 May 2015 but due to some reasons the authority has postponed the draw result.
Under the scheme total 98 flats was available for registration for Middle Income Group Category A, B and Higher Income Group of the society. The flats were on offer under the self finance of the year 2014.
The plot area of MIG-A & MIG-B is about 96 square meter & 128 square meter with the build-up area of 79.05 square meter, 95.09 square meter respectively. The plot area and build-up area of HIG flats is 210 square meter & 144.30 square meter. The estimated cost of MIG-A, MIG-B and HIG is about Rs. 16.82 Lakh, Rs. 20.80 Lakh & Rs. 32.20 Lakh respectively.
Registration for the scheme was started on 19 December 2014 & was closed on 18 January 2015 with the good response from the applicants.
