The build-up area of EWS, LIG and MIG Category-A is 33.824 square meter, 58.739 square meter, 65.499 square meter with the estimated cost of 7 Lakh, 14 Lakh and 18.50 Lakh respectively.

How to apply?
The applications for Partapur Housing Scheme Partapur are being invited through offline mode. For offline applications, the interested applicants can visit the website of Rajasthan Housing Board www.rhbonline.rajasthan.gov.in and download the application form for registering. The application form can also be purchased from Central Bank of India, Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur and ICICI Bank Partapur and Head office of Rajasthan Housing Board by paying Rs. 300/-.
The interested applicants will have to pay Rs. 500/-, Rs. 700 & Rs. 1000/- as the processing fee and Rs. 7000, Rs. 15,000 & Rs. 50,000/- as registration amount for EWS, LIG and MIG category-A flatsThe registration amount for the applications will be submitted via Demand Draft and Pay Order in favor of Rajasthan Housing Board Partapur.

Eligibility Criteria
• The applicant should be a citizen of India with more than 18 year of age.
• The applicant should not have been allotted a flat, plot or other property by Rajasthan Housing Board in the state in any previous schemes.
• The applicant, his/her spouse and any dependent children should not have any free-hold/lease-hold house/plot in their name in the city of scheme.
• The annual income of EWS applicants should not be more than Rs. 1 Lakh while the annual income of LIG and MIG Category-A should be in between Rs. 1 Lakh to 2.5 Lakh and 2.5 Lakh to 4.5 Lakh respectively.
