Rajasthan Housing Board invites applications for Chopasni Housing Scheme 2015 at udhyan Apartment, Jodjpur. Under the Scheme total 48 flats are on offer for Higher Income Group and Medium Income Group (MIG-B) of the society.

The estimated super build-up area of MIG flats is 112.00 square meter while the estimated area of HIG is 143.00 square meter. The estimated cost MIG & HIG flats is Rs. 43.25 lakh & Rs. 53.30 lakh respectively. Out of total 45 units are available for MIG category and 3 units are available for HIG category and rest of 112 units are available for MIG-A.

How to Apply:
The applications for Chopasni Housing Scheme are being invited through online mode. For online applications, the interested applicants can visit the website of Rajasthan Housing Board www.rhbonline.rajasthan.gov.in and fill the application form by registering. The online registration can also be done by paying Rs. 30/- on Lok-Mitra counters of housing board.

The interested applicants will have to pay Rs. 1500/- for MIG and Rs. 2000/- for HIG as the processing fee and Rs. 4,30,000/- for MIG and Rs. 5,30,300/- for HIG as registration amount. The total amount can be deposited through online banking or credit card or into any bank branch of Central bank of India by printing the challan from housing board website.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The applicant should be a citizen of India with more than 18 year of age.
  • The applicant should not have been allotted a flat, plot or other property by Rajasthan Housing Board in the state in any previous schemes.
  • The applicant, his/her spouse and any dependent children should not have any free-hold/lease-hold house/plot in their name in the city of scheme.
  • The combined annual income of MIG-B applicant, spouse and dependent children should be in between Rs. 4.5 Lakh to Rs. 6.0 lakh and for HIG it should be more than Rs. 6.0 lakh.
