Orissa State Housing Board has come up with a premier housing project at Muktapur Nayagarh. The new scheme 2015 of OSHB is named as Pathani Samanta Housing Scheme under Self Financing Scheme. Under this scheme the authority invites home seekers for the allotments of 47 flats. These flats are available for registrations for different segments of the society including Economical Weaker Section, Lower Income Group and Higher Income Group.
Three types of flats EWS flats, LIG Simplex and HIG Simplex are being offered under the scheme. The plinth area of EWS flat is about 276 square meter while LIG Simplex and HIG Simplex flats are available in the plinth area of about 485 Square feet and 813 square feet respectively.

How to Apply: Intending applicants can purchase out the brochure along with the application form at the cost of Rs. 200/- from OSHB Head Office Sachivalaya Marge Bhubaneswar. It can also be downloaded from the official website of OSHB and cost of the brochure would be paid at the time of submission of application form along with the EMD amount.
Registration of flats has been rolled out from 17 August 2015 and intended applicants for the allotment of flats could register till 16 September 2015.
