MP Housing and Infrastructure Development Board invites applications for flats under the scheme of 37 MIG Deluxe flat and 97 MIG senior flats. Total 128 flats are being offered by the authority under the new schemes in Sikandra Varashivni, Balaghat in Madhya Pradesh.
The flat scheme is for middle income group and all the applicant of middle income group can apply for it. All applicants can buy the application forms and brochure from Allahabad Bank, Balaghat from the day of advertisement till 31 December 2014. The cost of the registration form is 500/- rupees.
Capitalization of buildings will be based on the self – financing scheme. The applicant will have to pay Rs 1.56 lacs for 37 MIG Deluxe flat and Rs 1.21 lacs for 97 MIG senior flats as per choice. The allotments of flats will be done through the lottery draw system and the candidates who are not successful in the draw will have the full administration amount refunded within few weeks after the draw.
