MP Housing Board to Launch Suramya Parisar Soon

Madhya Pradesh Housing Board is all set to launch its new affordable housing project in 2014 at Ayodhya Extension, Bhopal. The project has been named as Suramya Parisar.

Listed as “Coming Soon” on the official website (www.mphousing.in) of Madhya Pradesh Housing and Infrastructure Development Board, the Suramya Parisar housing project will be launched in few days offering latest and modern lifestyle facilities and amenities.

Suramya Parisar in Ayodhya Extension will be a multistoried township project in Bhopal offering amenities like play area for kids, convenient shopping centers, walking track, spiritual center, intercom in each apartment unit, reception lobby for each block, club house with party hall and recreational facilities, 2 passenger lifts in each block with power backup, car parking and much more.

The main features of the projects include wide internal roads, secured campus, segregated wheelchair and pedestrian walk way, apartments with terrace and large balcony, 24×7 water and power supply, rain water harvesting, large green space at podium level and others.

MP Housing Board has not revealed much information about the project such as floor plans, area size of apartments, pricing structure or even the number of flats offered. The project is still listed as “Coming Soon” on the official website of MP Housing Board.
