Also, I am being unable to assess my income bracket. If I go as per the advertisement and include basic + DA + bonus I fall in MIG…since a major portion of my salary is given under the head personal allowance…should I include it or not?

Please help me as i had done my registration on 6th may 2014 and from that day all other things are verified except the pan card , from the day daily i am checking and they are still showing me the same comments ” Pan card under verification ” .. I didn’t get … everyday it is showing will get verified in 24 hrs but in vain … sir without this i cannot fill application form …
Is there any way i can present my pan card to them so i can apply ..
Please help as i was calling the number given by mhada , but its always buzy .. i had tried it hundred time ..
