Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority has extended the last date for online payment for MHADA Lottery 2016. 9th February was the last date of payment submission for the scheme and due to the over load on the server, many applicants couldn’t deposit the earnest money online.
The applicants reach the MHADA office and request to extend the deadline for online payment submission. On the request of applicants, the MHADA has extended the online payment submission upto 11 February 2016 Time 3:00 PM.
The decision was taken by MHADA in the last minute, when the MHADA portal server was enabled to take the large hits of applicants. Now applicants who have not submitted the earnest money for MHADA Konkan Board Housing Lottery 2016 can submit the payment till 11 February 2016 Time 3:00 PM.
According to the source, there were around 3,000 hits per minute on the server that has a capacity of only 500 to 1,000 hits per minute. He quoted that in the last one month, we did not receive any complaints about the website being inoperative or having technical difficulties. But on Tuesday, those waiting for the nth hour, started making requests.
“Individuals who have already submitted their applications can now make a refundable deposit payment till 3.30pm on Thursday. Thereafter, no extension would be given,” said by the official of MHADA.
The lottery draw of 4275 flats in MHADA Konkan Board Housing Lottery 2016 is scheduled to be held on 24 February 2016.
