MHADA second lottery 2016 for Mill Worker is all set to be rolled out by MHADA in Mumbai region. It is the first time when MHADA has announced two lottery in a single year. According to the source, MHADA will launch a second lottery for the allotment of 2037 flats in Mumbai region and the applications for the new housing scheme will be rolled out in next month in May 2016.

Flats in the second lottery would be located at the prime locations of Mumbai such as Sewri, Worli, Dadar and Lalbaug and the lottery would primarily benefits the mill workers.

The applicants who are interested in MHADA Lottery 2016 in Mumbai could register for the scheme in May month. The authority will officially roll out the registrations in May for 2037 flat in Mumbai. According to the source, the lottery will cover 6,54,000 square feet in Mumbai. Most of the houses (around 1430) in upcoming scheme will be constructed in Worli and the remaining units will be available in Lalbagh (250 Houses), Worli Naka (188 Houses) and Sewri (157 Houses).

In MHADA Mill Worker Lottery 2016, the house would be available in the area of around 320 square feet which would cost Rs. 6 lakh.

MHADA will soon publish a notification for inviting applications for the allotment of houses in MHADA Lottery 2016 in Mumbai for Mill Workers.
