Lucknow Development Authority is inviting applications for allotment of 5779 multistorey residential flats in a new housing scheme named Samajwadi Lohia Enclave Awas Yojana. The scheme is located at at Devpur Para in close proximity to Hazratganj at 12 Kilometer and Ch. Charan Singh International Airport at just 7 Kilometer. The authority is offering multi-storey flats to EWS (Economically Weaker Section), LIG (Lower Income Group), MIG (Middle Income Group) and Super MIG categories.
The authority has launched Samajwadi Lohia Enclave Awasiya Yojana as a part of continuous efforts being made by the authority to make Lucknow a world class city. The applications for the scheme will be invited from 2nd February till 31st March.

The highest number of flats being offered under the scheme are 2,584 for MIG category. There are a total of 1979 flats for the economically weaker section of the society and 608 flats each for LIG and Super MIG categories.

Start Date of Registration: 02 February, 2015
Last Date of Registration: 28 February, 2015
Registration Amount: 5% of the cost of flat
Application form fee: Rs. 400/-

Payment Plan
5% of the cost of flat has to be deposited along with the application form, 10% after the allotment and rest 85% in 6 easy quarterly installments within next 18 months.
