Locations of Flats in DDA 2014 Scheme

Delhi Development Authority will launch its much awaited and largest ever housing scheme in August 2014 in which it is offering about 2700 flats at different locations for EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG groups of the society.

However the exact location are not yet exact but the 2014 DDA scheme is expected to include the following 12 locations as below.

  1. Dwarka (Sectors: 18B, 3, 26)
  2. Nasir pur (Dwarka)
  3. Kondli Gharoli
  4. Loknayak Puram
  5. Rohini (Sectors: 29, 28, 18)
  6. Vasant Kunj
  7. Narela (Sectors: A-6, B-4, B-2, A-10)
  8. Bindapur
  9. Mukerjee Nagar
  10. Motia Khan
  11. Jasola
  12. Molar Bandh

The prices of the flats will also be announced with the launch of the scheme but it is expected that the prices will vary somewhere from Rs 14 Lakh to Rs 1 Crore. In the new scheme DDA has also added a new clause to withhold the ownership of the flats for up to fist 5 years to bring more fairness to the scheme and ensure that only the people who really need home in the city is being selected. The decision was taken to bring down the number of people who just apply for the scheme for investment-cum-profit purpose.

Out of the total of about 27000 flats on offer, construction of 15000 is expected to be completed by July end, 10,000 will be completed by December end this year and rest by the end of March 2015.

  1. I want 1 bhk flat in rohini or dwarka. So I want to know that requirement of salary for 1 bhk. Because I worked with propritership company. Please confirm….
