Yash Vihar in village Jai Jaspura is among the 6 new residential plot schemes of JDA (Jaipur Development Authority) launched in 2015. The registrations for allotment of 271 residential plots in Yash Vihar will start from 1st February 2015 like 5 other schemes. The scheme is located in Zone 11.
There are a total of 271 residential plots being offered under the JDA Yash Vihar scheme out of which 159 plots are of 162 square meters and rest 112 are of 200 square meters.
The reserve price of the flat in Ram Chandra Vihar residential plot scheme is Rs. 8,000/- per square meter. The allotment price for both size of plots is same as the reserve price.
127 plots out of the total 271 plots are reserved for different categories and rest 144 are un-reserved which are available to all categories. The draw of lots for all 6 plot schemes will be announced on 16 March 2015.
