JDA to Launch 3 New Housing Schemes for 3,800 Plots in Zone 11, 12 & 14

Jaipur Development Authority is once again all set to launch a new residential plot schemes in 2015 offering about 3800 residential plots in Zones 11, 12 and 14. However the exact date of the launch is not finalized but according to a report in TOI, the schemes will be rolled out very soon, a very good news indeed for the city residents.

The authority is working upon setting the reserve price of the plots under the upcoming schemes. The authority decided to launch more schemes after receiving a great response from its recent housing schemes in 2015.

According to the authority officials, JDA will develop 151 plots in Pipliya in Zone 11 near ring road. JDA has already earmarked 17 acres land for the same purpose. The size of the plots in the zone 11 will be 162 square metres and 200 square metres.

The largest of the 3 housing schemes will be offered in Zone 14 where the authority will be offering approximately 3200 plots on an 86-hectare land earmarked for the same. According to the officials, the minimum size of the plots in zone 11 would be 40 Square meter going up to 200-square-metre.

In Zone 12, the authority will be offering 449 plots over a 42-bigha land. Apart from these new schemes, the authority will also be offering the vacant plots in Uday Vihar and Abhinav Vihar and Rohini Enclave housing schemes for the allotment.

The authority is currently working to fix the reserve price of the new plot schemes. In the previous schemes of the JDA, the authority has kept the reserve price of the small plots a little less. The plots measuring the size below 90 square metres were allotted at a comparatively lower reserve price.

The reserve price of the plots measuring between 90 and 160 square meters was the same while bigger size plots were allotted at little higher price. However, recently the residents believed that the authority has set the reserve price of new schemes higher than the market price.
