Jodhpur Development Authority launched one of its biggest housing scheme under Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana 2015 for the allotment of affordable flats. Under JDA Jodhpur CM Awas Yojana, the authority has offering 10704 flats for economical weaker section and lower income group category.

Flats in JDA Jodhpur New Housing Scheme 2017 are located in four different location including,
Village – Chokha Khasra No.827/650
Village – Tanawara-Second Phase, Khasra No. 136
Village – Lordi Pandit G, Khasra No. 100, 103 and 104
Village – Badli, Khasra No. 88
Of 10704, 6752 housing units are reserved for lower income group (LIG) and remaining 3952 flats are available for economical weaker section (EWS). Applications for JDA Jodhpur MMJAY are being offered through online mode of registration for last date is 17 March 2017.

How to Apply:
Registrations for flats in the scheme can be done only through online mode and processing fee for EWS flat is Rs. 2000/- and for LIG scheme the processing fees is Rs. 3500/-. Processing fees to be submitted in the associated bank before last date 17 March 2017.
