JDA Jabalpur EWS Plot Scheme 2015 Under JDA Scheme No. 41

Jabalpur Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of residential plots for Economical Weaker Section. The authority has offering these EWS plots under “Continuous Registration Process”.

This EWS Plot Scheme is launched under JDA Scheme No. 41. Under the scheme total 22 EWS flats are available for registrations & registration of flats has been started from 4 June 2015. The last date of application submission/registration is 30 June 2015.

This is first notification for registration of flats for reserved category after that two more notifications will also published for registrations, if no reserved applicants will participate in the scheme then as per rules the property will be converted into general property which is mentioned in the notification.

How to Apply: Application form can be purchased from the office of Jabalpur Development Authority in the registration period starts from 3 June to 30 June 2015 by paying Rs. 100/-. Registration amount for flats will be submitted through Bank Draft in favor of CEO JDA Jabalpur.

The lottery of plots will be held on 2 July 2015 as mentioned in the notification.

The applicants who have an annual income of Rs 1,00,000/- will be eligible for registration for flat.
