JDA to Bring 3 New Housing Schemes Soon

Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) is all set to launch 3 new housing schemes in 2014 after the successful draw of recently launched 4 schemes namely Anand Vihar, Abhinav Vihar, Udai Vihar and Rohini Enclave.

Jaipur JDA had received great response in the recently launched 4 residential schemes and is planing to launch 3 new schemes very soon for the people of Jaipur. There will be a total of 1358 plots in the new schemes which has been approved by the Public Works Department (PWD).

Shikhar Agarwal, Jaipur Development Commissioner (JDC) has suggested some amendments to the schemes while giving teh approval. Housing schemes in Sanjhariya village will be the largest of all consisting of 724 plots wi sizes ranging from 45 square metres to 252 square metres. The total residential area offered in the Sanjhariya village scheme will be 2.88 lakh square metres.

Following are the details of the 3 new housing schemes to be launched

The scheme in Beelwa village in Sanganer tehsil is on the second number when it comes to the number of plots with 427 and then comes the Gwar Brahman village scheme with 207 plots.

During the same meeting, Mr. Shikhar Agarwal ordered the re-planning of Sumel residential scheme and demarcation of land in the new block. The JDC also instructed the responsible authorities to speed up the work of expedite work of fixing of sector roads as per the updated latest layout of Swarn Vihar Scheme. The map of a commercial scheme on Jagatpura Road in Malviya Nagar has also been approved by th JDC.
