JDA Awantika is a newly launched residential plot scheme of Jaipur Development Authority for which the applications are being invited through both online and offline modes from 1st February 2015. This is among the 6 new residential plot schemes launched by the authority at 6 different locations in Zone 11 and 12.
JDA Awantika scheme offers a total of 561 residential plots in Awania village in Zone 12. The last date of registration for the scheme is 2 March 2015.
Out of the total 561 plots which are being offered in Awantika scheme, 210 plots are of 162 square meters and rest 351 are of 200 square meters.
The reserve price of the plots in Awantika residential plot scheme is Rs. 9,000/- per square meter. The allotment price for both size of plots is same as the reserve price.
264 plots out of the total 561 are reserved for different categories and rest 297 are available for allotment to all categories. The draw of lots for all 6 plot schemes will be announced on 16 March 2015.
