Jammu Development Authority has launched new housing scheme for the allotment of flats at Muthi. JDA invites applications from the permanent residents of Jammu and Kashmir State for the allotment of flats at Muthi, Jammu on Lease Hold Basis.
The project is located near to the Director School Education Office Muthi, Jammu. Under the project, the flats are available in three different towers, Tower-A, Tower-B and Tower-C. Under these tower, the JDA has sold out the 21 units and 51 units are still available for the registration for which the authority has offering applications.
How to Apply: The authority has started the sale & receipt of application from 24 October 2015 and the last date of registrations has been extended from 21 October to 4 November 2015, now interested applicants can apply for the the scheme till 4 November 2015.
The Brochure containing application form along with the terms and conditions can be obtained from JDA Office at Vikas Bhawan Raihead Complex Jammu on all working days during office hours on payment of Rs. 500/- per form in shape of draft payable in favor of VC, JDA. The forms shall be accepted only through Speed Post/Regd. Post at following address: The Vice Chairman, Jammu Development Authority, Vikas Bhawan, Raid Head Complex Jammu.
