Jaipur JDA Launching 2 New Housing Schemes Soon

Jaipur Development Authority or JDA is all set to launch 2 more residential housing schemes in next one month. After the successful launch and allotment of plots in recent 4 schemes, the authority is planning to launch the 2 new schemes in June 2014 in Zone 11 and Zone 14.

JDA will develop 850 plots of different sizes in 35 hectare area in zone 11. The area is located in Balawala village. The other scheme will be located in zone 14 near Titoli village and the authority will develop at least 800 houses. The zone 14 scheme will be named as Surya Nagar and the plot sizes will vary between 45 square meter and 252 square meters.

The prices of the schemes has not been decided yet but will be kept closer to the market price, according to the senior JDA official.

Jaipur Authority is expecting a very good response on these schemes as these are located in the close vicinity. The JDA received a tremendous response for the recently launched Anand Vihar scheme on Ajmer road because the area is already developed. The JDA earned a revenue of 700 crores from these 4 schemes which were launched after 4 years of gap.

3 housing schemes other than the Anand vihar were not able to attract many buyers because they were located in non-developed area outside the city. The people were also not expecting development in these areas in near future.
