Haryana Urban Development Authority is inviting public to participate in the open auction of commercial sites in Haithal. The open auction will be held on 2 December 2014 at 11 AM. The venue of the auction will be Estate Office, HUDA Complex, Sector 20.
HUDA is offering shops, D.S. shops with basements, three storey SCO’s with basement, DSS shops with basements, booth site corner with varenda with and without basement under the open auctions. The reserve prices of the sites starts from 21.35 Lakh to 144.01 Lakh. All the shops and SCO’s are available in 20 commercial center on 24 meter road and along Ambala-Kaithal road, M.T.S. Kaithal adjoining Dharmashala and 19 Part-1 commercial center along 30 meter wide road towards city in Pocket A.
The interested bidders are required to pay 2% of the cost of site as the security/registration amount in cash or via Damand Draft drawn in favor of Estate Officer, HUDA, Kaithal before participating in the auction on or before 2 December up to 11AM. Only the register bidders will be allowed to participate in the auction.
