HPDA Preet Vihar Awasiya Yojna Phase-II for EWS/LIG

Hapur Pilkhuwa Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of 258 flat in Preet Vihar Awasiya Yojna Phase-II from economical weaker section and lower income group of the society. Under the scheme, the HPDA has offering 258 EWS and LIG flats from 1 February 2016.

The Preet Vihar Awasiya Yojna 2016 is located at Nation Highway-24. The new housing project of HPDA has a proposal of green area and parks.

Of total, majority of 143 units are LIG type while the remaining 115 units are for economical weaker section. The covered area of EWS unit is about 24.71 square meter which is available at the estimated cost of Rs. 4,99,000/- while the covered are of LIG is about 36.15 square meter which cost Rs. 9,30,000/-. The registration amount for reserved category is 5% of estimated cost of a unit while the unreserved applicants will have to pay the 10%.

How to apply:

Registration for the scheme has been started from 1 February 2016. Interested applicants can purchase the applications form from authorized bank branches by paying Rs. 500/-. The applications form can also be downloaded from the HPDA official website. In case of downloading, the applicants will have to submit the cost of application from in the shape of demand draft.

Dully filled applications form in all respects along with the registration amount to be submitted in the same branches.
