After the completion of commercial scheme of the year 2015, Hapur Pilkhuwa Development Authority has come up with new housing scheme in Preet Vihar Phase-II. It is new housing scheme 2015 which is launched for Economical Weaker Section and Lower Income group of the Society. It is an initiative step towards the fulfillment of demand of housing in the region for EWS and LIG applicants.

Under the scheme EWS and LIG flats are available for registration which are available in four-storey building. The code of the scheme is 501 and the project is located at Delhi-Lucknow National Highway 24. The covered area of EWS Flats is about 27.71 square meter while LIG flats has a covered area of 36.15 square meter and 96 flats for each EWS and LIG Sections are available for registration.

How to Apply:
Registration for the scheme has been started from last Tuesday, 1 September 2015 and application forms and terms and condition can be purchased from the following bank branches of Axis Bank, Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank, Syndicate Bank. Application form along with the terms and conditions is available at the bank branches at the cost of Rs. 500/-. It can also be downloaded from the official website of HPDA. Duly filled application form to be submitted in the form of bank draft with registration amount before or on the last date 30 September 2015. Check the terms and condition before filling the application form.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicant should be a resident of India.
- Applicant should have an age of 18 years or above.
- Annual income of EWS applicants should be less then Rs. 1 lakh.
- LIG applicant must have an annual income in between Rs. 1 lakh to 2 lakh.
- EWS and LIG applicants must have income certificate.
