Hapur Pilakhua Development Authority has launched a new housing scheme for allotment of multi-storey flats under the Samajwadi Awas Yojna of Uttar Pradesh Government.
HPDA is inviting applications from LIG and MIG categories of the society for allotment of 390 residential flats under Anand Vihar Yojna. The registrations for the new housing scheme of HPDA will begin on 10the December. The last date of registrations for the scheme is 31 December.
HPDA is offering 248 flats for the middle income group applicants and rest 142 for the lower income group applicants. Further there are 118 flats for MIG category 1 and 130 flats for MIG category 2.

How to Apply for HPDA Samajwadi Awas Yojna
The application forms for the scheme will be available in the designate bank branches from 10th December till 31st December at the cost of Rs. 500/-. The application forms can also be downloaded from the official website of HPDA at www.hpdaonline.com. The applicants will have to pay Rs. 500/- through DD along with the registration amount in case of downloaded application form.
