Housing Board Haryana has started inviting applications for EWS flats in different cities of the state from 7 August 2014. The housing board is offering Ground/Stilts + 3 Storied affordable flats to Economically Weaker Sections of the society.
In the new EWS housing scheme, the flats offered with a tentative super area of 425 to 450 square foot as per the available planning. The EWS houses include 1 living room, 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom & WC and front & rear Balcony.
The registrations for the scheme are invited for 2 months from 7 August to 7 October 2014. To be eligible for the scheme, the annual income of the family should not exceed Rs. 1 Lacs. The applicant or any of the family member should not have been allotted any EWS/BPL flat in earlier schemes of HBH.

Application forms and brochure for the scheme are available at a cost of just Rs. 150/- from the authorized bank branches across the state and Head Office situated at Panchkula, Offices of the Estate Managers at PANCHKULA, KURUKSHETRA, KARNAL, PANIPAT, SONIPAT, ROHTAK, HISAR, GURGAON and FARIDABAD (Sector 3, 23 & 55).
