Housing Board Haryana has launched a new flat scheme for BPL families of Haryana and invites applications from 19.8.2014 to 13.10.2014 for registration. The person who is a resident of Haryana (India) and belonging to BPL category can only apply for this flat scheme.
These are three storey flats which are financed by HUDCO/NHB. Total 1185 flats has been launched in Karnal, Kurukshetra, Ratia, Faridabad, Yamuna Nagar, Panipat and Palwal under this new scheme. The total number of flats being offered are 1185.
The Tentative covered area of the flats is approx 300 Sq. ft. which may increase or decrease depending upon the site conditions. The flat contains two rooms, one kitchenette, one toilet and front rear open verandah.
The Price of flats is tentative and the exact price will decided after completion of construction of the flats, the price will be decided as per pricing policy of the Housing Board Haryana on the basis of actual expenditure of flats.
The price there after may increase due to enhanced land compensation, arbitration awards, any statutory taxes, construction period and litigation. And the price of the corner flat may vary according to the increase/decrease in the dimensions.
