VUDA (Vishakhapatnam Urban Development Authority) has invite applications for vacant flats in its new housing project “Harita”. VUDA has offering multiple flats for various income groups included LIG, MIG-II and MIG-IB.
The Vacant flats are available in Block-1, Block-2, and Block-3 in Harita Housing Project at Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam. The size of LIG, MIG-II and MIG-IB is 820 square feet 1320 square feet and 1380 square feet respectively. The board charged as per Rs 2700 per square feet for all category flats.

How to Apply:
Registration for flats in Harita Scheme can be done through online registration and the online registration can be done using the official website of Vishakhapatnam Urban Development Authority www.vuda.gov.in. The online registration consist of five steps

The applicants can submit the EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) through Demand Draft in favor of “The VICE-CHAIRMAN, VUDA, VISAKHAPATNAM” from any Indian Nationalized Bank or it can paid through debit card /Internet banking of Indian Overseas Bank (IOB). EMD amount defined below:
Rs.75,000/- for MIG-IA Nagavali, MIG-IB Sarada and MIG-II Vamsadhara and
Rs. 50,000 for LIG Champavathi
