Gwalior Development Authority Launches Housing Scheme in Bhausaheb Enclave Phase-2

Gwalior Development Authority has launched housing scheme under Gandhi Road Yojna 2-A in Bhausaheb Potnees Enclave Phase-2. The authority offers 2 BHK, 3 BHK and EWS flats for HIG, MIG and EWS Categories.

After a long time period Gwalior Housing Board has launched a Housing scheme. The scheme contain total 108 flats which are divided as 36 3BHK units, 66 2BHK units and 6 EWS units. The price of flat is very cheap as compared to the market price. Any income group person can afford the flat in Gwalior Housing Scheme according to the authority.

Registrations are open from 27 October 2014 and applicants can obtain the application form cum Brochure from all branches of Bank of Baroda with the payable price of Rs 1000/-. Applicants can also download the application form from the official website of the Authority www.gdagwalior.com.

The applicants can submit the application form in the above given bank with 10% of total price of flat as registration amount. The registration amount can also be deposited through Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque till the last date of 26 March 2015 registration. The Demand Draft and Cheque should be drawn in the favor of Main Executive Officer Gwalior Development Authority.
