Grand City Residential Plot Scheme 2016: Amritsar Development Authority invites applications from the public for the allotment of 400 residential plot in Grand City at Village Nijjerpura and Rakh Jheeta, G.T Road (NH-1), Amritsar. It is a new residential plot scheme of ADA Amritsar.
Applications for the scheme are being offered through offline mode of registration from 5 January to 4 February 2016. Under the scheme around 400 plots are being offered by the authority of which 50% (200) plots are reserved for the applicants of demand survey of 2016-16 who applied under the GRAND CITY.
The amount deposited along with the survey application will be adjustable On successful allotment. To become eligible for allotment, the demand survey applicant snail have to submit fresh application.

How to Apply:
Interested applicants can apply for the scheme through offline mode of registration. The brochure cum applications form along with detailed terms and conditions can be purchased from the authorized bank by paying Rs. 200/-. The applications from can also be obtained through post by making the payment of Rs. 225/-in shape of demand draft in favor of Estate Officer ADA, Amritsar.
The duly filled applications with the passport size photograph to be submitted along with the earnest money in shape of Banker’s cheque, Pay order and DD in favor of Estate Officer ADA, Amritsar in the same bank branches.

Mode of Payment:
The applicant will deposit 10% earnest money of the total tentative cost of the plot along with the application form and 15% amount within 30 days after the issue of LOl/after the draw of lots is held. The balance 75% will be payable in six equal installments along with 12% interest. 1st installment is payable after six months after the issue date of allotment letter. Balance 75% amount can also be paid with in 60 days without interest and a rebate of 5% will be given on balance 75%.
