GMADA: Is a development body provides residential units to all segments of the society including EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG in its development area. Greater Mohali Area Development Authority has successful launched various projects like AEROCITY, IT CITY, GATEWAY CITY, ECOCITY-I, ECOCITY-II.
The demand of property in the area is growing and to fulfill this demand the authority has taken another step towards residential housing. The authority has starts its demand survey for quality residential plots in SAS Nagar. In order to fulfill this demand, GMADA has drawn up an ambitious program to set up Royale Aero City, SAS Nagar is collaboration with Chandigarh Royale City under 80:20 scheme in Village Karala,Distt. SAS Nagar.
Through this demand survey GMADA aims to assess the demand for size of plots, customer preference, product mix and the overall feasibility of setting up of this urban estate.
The plot sizes and number of plot proposed to be developed are given here under. However, the size of the urban estate, actual development mix will be determined on the basis of data generated from this Demand Survey.

Applications should be submitted personally or by registered post in the office of Estate Officer (Aerocity), GMADA, Room No. 239, 2nd Floor, PUDA Bhawan, Sector 62, S.A.S. Nagar and should reach the aforesaid office on or before 05.00 PM upto 30-09-2015.
