Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) launched a new freehold residential plot scheme for the allotment of 118 housing units. GLADA New Plot Scheme 2016 is located at Urban Estate, Mehar Singh Wala, Zira, Ferozepur.
Registration for the scheme has been started from 1 October 2016 and the the authority offering five sizes of plots including, 100 square yard, 125 square yard, 150 square yard, 200 square yard, 250 square yard and 350 square yard. Most of the plots in the scheme are of size 125 square yard and 100 square yard.

How to Apply:
Brochure cum application form along with terms and condition, layout plan and location map is available in the authorised bank branches and Single Window Service Centre, GLADA Office, Ludhiana/Ferozepur at the cost of Rs. 200/-. Dully filled application attached with passport size photograph to be submitted to any bank branches either by person or by post along with the earnest money in the shape of crossed bank draft in favor of Estate Officer, GLADA Ferozepur, payable at state and city of respective bank branches.
