Gwalior Development Authority launched two new housing schemes for the allotment of duplex houses and 3BHK flats. Flats in the scheme are being offered under two different housing schemes named as Shatabadi Nagar Yojana Phase-2 and Bhagwan Singh Mathura City Enclave Yojana.
GDA Gwalior Housing Schemes 2017
In Shatabadi Nagar Yojana Phase-2, GDA has offering 55 MIG duplex houses having a build-up area of 98.44 square meter and under Bhagwan Singh Mathura City Enclave Yojana, only 17 3BHK-HIG Flats are available for allotment and the size of housing units ranges from 107.45 to 122.37 square meter.
The estimated cost of MIG houses is Rs. 26.37.367/- while the HIG flats are available in the estimated cost varies from Rs. 34,19,077/- to Rs. 38,83,834/-.

How to Apply:
Registration for flats and houses in the scheme has been started from 28 January 2017 and application form for MIG houses is available in Bank of Baroda Gwalior and for MIG houses application form can be purchased from ICICI Bank Naya Bazaar Lashkar Gwalior. It can also be downloaded from the official website www.gdagwalior.com.
Completely filled application form to be submitted in the same bank branches along with registration amount through Demand Draft in favor of C.E.O. , G.D.A. Gwalior. And last date of submitting application form is 31 March 2017.
