Gwalior Development Authority has launched a new housing scheme for the allotment of 36 duplex houses. It is the second scheme launched by the authority in the month of April 2016. Both the schemes are located in Gandhi road yojana.

In this scheme, GDA Gwalior has offering 36 units of duplex houses and the registration for the scheme has been started from 26 April 2016 and the authority provides around eight months for registrations. The last date of registration is 31 December 2016.
Duplex houses in the scheme are available under Gandhi Road Yojana-4-5 (New Suresh Nagar) and the size of house is around 90 square meter which cost around Rs. 45,25,000/-

How to Apply:
Registrations for the scheme has been started from 26 April 2016 and the last date of applications submission is 31 December 2016. Applications form for the same can be purchased from Axis Bank Branch, Hujraat Pul and from Gwalior other branches by paying Rs. 1000/-
Dully filled applications form to be submitted in the same bank branches along with the registration amount. The registration amount to be submitted in the shape of DD favoring Chief Executive Officer Gwalior Development Authority, Gwalior.
