Gwalior Development Authority invites applications from economical weaker section and lower income group for the allotment of housing units under GDA Gwalior Atal Ashraya Yojana 2017. Housing units in the scheme are located at Jaberua Kalan, Gwalior.
Under the scheme the authority has offering 576 flats for EWS and LIG category. OF total, majority of 384 are reserved for LIG category and remaining are available for EWS category.
The area of EWS unit is around 27.90 square meter while the LIG units has the area of 50.12 square meter and these flats are available in the registration amount of 10% of tentative cost.

How to Apply:
Brochure along with application form can be obtained from the Single Window counter of Authority office. The brochure of the scheme contains all the information such as terms and conditions & reservation etc.
Completely filled applications to be submitted along with the registration amount at the same place and the registration amount to be submitted in shape of DD/Banker Cheque in favor of C.E.O. , GDA, Gwalior.
Application form can only be filled within the registration period which will be closed on 30 March 2017.
