After inviting applciations for GDA Lohia Enclave Phase-II housing scheme, Gorakhpur Development Authority launched new housings scheme for the allotment of 66 MIG flats in Lohia Enclave Phase-II housings scheme 2016.
For inviting applications, the authority published a notifications of the official website of GDA Gorakhpur on 13 July 2016 in the news section.
The Lohia Enclave Phase-I housing project comprises of MIG 3BHK units which are available in stilt+3 type building. the estimated area of a units is around 104.39 square mtere (inlcuding balcony area). The applicants can get the house at the cost of Rs. 39,17,941/- (without service tax).
