PSTET Application Form 2017-18: Online Registration process for Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test 2017 has been started and State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT), Punjab invites application from the eligible candidates and the last date of submitting online form is 26 December 2017. Interested candidates can apply online for PSTET 2017 through the official website www.educationrecruitmentboard.com or tetpunjab.com.
PSTET 2017-2018 examination will be conducted by the SCERT on 31 December 2017 at the examination centres. The examination will have two paper, PSTET – I & PSTET – II 2017 and both will be conducted same date. Candidates who will qualify the PSTET exam 2017 will be eligible to apply for the recruitment of teachers for classes I to V and VI to VIII. Candidates can apply online for Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test 2017 by following the steps below.
- Visit the official website of Department of Education Punjab at http://educationrecruitmentboard.com.
- Go to Links and click at “PSTET“.
- Click at “Click Here to Register” button.
- Now click at Proceed button.
- Registration form will be appeared on the screen.
- Enter the details such as Name, father name, mother name, mobile number and date of birth.
- Click at Register button. Here you will get Login ID and Password.
- Make Login by using your Login ID and Password. After that you will be able to fill the application form.
- In the next step, candidates will have to make payment of Rs. 600/ for General/ B.C. and Rs. 300 for SC/ST category and differently-abled candidates. No fees will be charged from the candidates of ex-serviceman category. The fees can be paid either by online mode or by generating Challan. The PSTET 2017 fee should be submitted between December 22, 2017 to December 27, 2017.

Eligibility Criteria for PSTET 2017
Below is the eligibility criteria for Punjab State TET 2017.
- Candidates appearing in the final year of qualifying exam (D.EL.Ed. / E.T.T.) B.Ed. or equivalent qualification as mentioned in NCTE guidelines) are also eligible for appearing in PSTET.
- Candidates must score 50% in higher secondary along with 2 tears diploma in education for primary teacher.
- Candidates must have 50% marks in higher secondary and 4 years degree for secondary teachers.
