Dev Prayagam, Naini & Shantipuram Plot Schemes Last Date Extended by ADA Allahabad

Allahabad Development Authority has extended the last date of registrations for its three Dev Prayagam, Naini (Vishv Bank) and Shanitpuram Housing Schemes. These are the residential plot schemes of ADA which was announced on 20 January 2015. Earlier the registration period for these schemes was started from 21 January 2015 to 4 February 2015 and now the registration period has been extended upto 11 February 2015.

Under the ADA Residential Plot Scheme different size plots are on offer under Dev Prayagam Housing Scheme Phase-III, Naini Housing Scheme (Vishwa Bank Pariyojna) & Shantipuram Housing Scheme.

In Dev Prayagam Housing Scheme four size of plot (40 Square meter, 50 square meter, 60 square meter & 90 square meter) are on offer at the rate of Rs. 12,000 & Rs. 15,000 per square meter while in Shantipuram Housing Scheme multiple size of plots (60 square meter, 89.90 square meter, 90 square meter, 112 square meter, 162 square meter, 165 square meter & 200 square meter ) are available for registrations at the rate of Rs.16,000 and Rs. 22,000 per square meter.

These plots are categorized in different categories started from Category-A to Category-Q.
