Delhi Development Authority or DDA is the governing body of Delhi Government. The main responsibility of this authority is to think, plan and work for Delhi’s better future. The authority was setup in the year 1957. DDA also take care of planning and construction of basic infrastructure such as flats, flyovers, green parks and water treatment facilities. The DDA first made the Master plan of Delhi in the year 1962.

- This board is responsible for construction of the commercial units.
- This authority takes care of sports facilities across all zones of Delhi.
- The DDA is responsible for planning and execution of residential housing and commercial schemes.
