Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is holding conversion camps from leasehold to freehold from July 1 to July 9 2014 and inviting applicants exclusively for disposal of pending conversion cases of DDA properties.

- Applicants covered under the policy of conversion and whose applications are at various stage of processing may apply.
- All applicants who have applied for conversion in r/o DDA flats/built up shops are requested to bring copy of all payment challans/now dues certificate, if any.
- Since some policy decisions are yet to be finalized, the applicants falling in the following categories can not apply
- Where sanctioned building plans are not available.
- Where properties have been amalgamated.
- Cases are pending with the investigating authorities.
- Where the term lease has expired and not yet renewed.
- Cases pertaining to GPA/Agreement to sell executed after 11 October 2011.
- Applications from IFC, Gazipur Paper merchant.
