Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority: The draw of lots for the vacant plots in Maraimalai Nagar under Gudalur Scheme will held on 6.11.2014 (Thursday) at 10.00 a.m. The draw of lots was withheld earlier but now to be held on the above date.
The Draw will be held at LAITY AUDITORIUM HALL, No. 17, Balfour Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-10 (Near C.S.I. Bain School) in the presence of the Applicants.
Gudalur Scheme plots are categorized into three categories LIG, MIG and HIG and offer 35 plots in Maraimalai Nagar provide 22 plots for LIG category, 6 plots for MIG category and 7 plots for HIG category.
The details of pending application for inclusion in the above draw are available with Senior Estate Officer, CMDA for confirmation by the applicants during office hours. The same can also be verified in CMDA’s Web site www.cmdachennai.gov.in.
