After completing number of housing schemes, Chhattisgarh Housing Board is launched new housing scheme in Shankar Nagar – Sarhad Phase-II near Bhawna Nagar. It is another big housing scheme launched by Chhattisgarh housing development board and is a fixed price housing scheme. Total 1575 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK, EWS, LIG, and MIG Flats are available on ten different location of Chhattisgarh under this scheme.
Registrations are open for this housing scheme from 30 October 2014 and will ended on 15 December 2014. In the given time period the application forms which would be received by the authority, the allotment for these applicants will be done by the lottery system. In the allotment the flat could be allotted at any floor to any applicant.
The flats allotted through the lottery system cannot be changed upon any request from the applicant. If applicant refuses the allotment of flat then the registration amount will be with the deduction of 10% by the board.
First time the board is introduced an option in the housing scheme and it’s an opportunity for all applicants to win a car. Upon registration in the registration period, three awards will be given through a lottery system. First prize for the winner is TATA INDIGO car, prize for second winner is TATA INDICA car and the prize for third and last winner is TATA NANO car.
