PM Narendra Modi recently on 15th August 2018 launched world’s biggest health insurance scheme named Ayushman Bharat. Around 10 crore families will be covered under Pradhan Mantri jan Arogya Yojana. The interested and eligible people can fill Ayushman Bharat online application form from 25th September 2018. Till the application started the citizens can check their name in PM Jan Arogya Yojana beneficiaries list.
The citizens who are in the list of PMJAY will be considered Ayushman Bharat beneficiaries. The interested people can check their name in PM Jan Arogya Yojana beneficiaries list online at Am I Eligible Portal.
Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana
Ayushman Bharat – National Health Protection Mission (AB-NHPM) is that mission through which will provide health insurance to the people who belong to BPL families in the country. Ayushman Bharat Yojana registration will be started from 25th September 2018 on Ayushman Bharat website abnhpm.gov.in. Ayushman Bharat Yojana / Modicare is a flagship universal health insurance scheme for 10 crore poor families (50 crore citizens).
How to Check Your Name in PMJAY Beneficiaries List
The citizen who want to take the benefits of Ayushman Bharat can check their name in the PM Jan Arogya Beneficiaries List by following the instructions given below.
- To check the name in the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana beneficiaries list you have to visit at official website mera.pmjay.gov.in.
- Enter your mobile number and then click at Generate OTP.
- One time password will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Now enter the OTP and click at submit option.
- After that you can check your name in the PM jan arogya yojana beneficiaries list by many ways which are described below.
Search by Name
The people whose name exits in Socio-Economic Caste Census 2011 Data is eligible to take the benefit of this scheme. To check name in Final PMJAY Beneficiaries List, candidates can find their details using their SECC Name.
Search by Mobile Number / Ration Card Number
An Additional Data Collection Drive (ADCD) was conducted on 30th April 2018 at various Gram Sabha’s across India. This drive captures active mobile number and ration card number of family of Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) database. Only if the individual has got his / her Mobile number or Ration card number captured during this drive, then only it will show results on portal.
People can also call the PMJAY helpline number 14555 to check if he / she is eligible. Ayushman Mitras will assist patients and coordinate with beneficiaries and these Ayushman Mitras have been appointed in district govt. hospitals where pilot phase has started. They are running Help Desk, checking documents to verify eligibility and enrollment to scheme.
